Our approach to budgeting and planning is incorporated into the design of reporting and consolidations. This means that basic budgeting and forecasting functionality is delivered out of the box as a part of the reporting and consolidation phase. Through careful design, we enhance additional features within the core application without undertaking a complete redesign of the budgeting processes of our clients. This holistic approach enables our clients to take advantage of all reporting and budgeting features in a single application. Additional features including driver-based planning and allocations are easily incorporated.
Many of our implementation projects begin as software selection projects. As we are seen as trusted advisers to our clients, we are often brought in to help with this important decision. We do not have revenue sharing relationships with software vendors, and therefore can give our clients an unbiased selection process.
Our software selection methodology is very detailed. First, we meet with client teams to define detailed requirements. Then we arrange for software demonstrations with vendors. We compare functionality and create customized proof of concept applications to ensure all functionality is possible. We aid in the decision making process and negotiation with vendors.
